How do I get my video to you?
You can upload any video to a hosting account or third party video hosting sites or simply send to use by email HERE.
Important: All videos MUST be in Windows movie format, which is WMV.
There is a cool website which allows to convert video files easily and have them sent to you by email and its called Zamzar.com. You can also download YouTube and Google videos with Zamzar but make sure they are public domain videos should you wish to alter them.
Video Creation Tips?
- Keep it fairly short and to the point. People will only really absorb 30 to 60 seconds worth of video.
- If you're going to use a voiceover, keep it classy and don't oversell your service.
- Try and include your site name on the video as often as possible and not just at the start or end. You can do this by adding the name in the bottom corner as you see on others. You can add this yourself easily using the Windows Movie maker that comes with Windows or Vista.
- If you are using words then make sure they are clear, stand out and get the message across about your product or service.
- Try to include some sound, preferably some catchy music. Don't go mad though as it may put people off immediately if their musical tastes are different!
